Ceremony
5:00 pm - 5:30 pm

We would love for our guests to be in cocktail attire. Cocktail is a slightly more elevated dress code than semi-formal attire but is less formal than black-tie. A suit is preferable for men, while women should opt for a cocktail dress or formal jumpsuit.
Please be seated by 4:50. The first few rows are marked and reserved, otherwise the ceremony is open seating.
Cocktail Hour
6:00 pm - 7:00 pm
There will be a brief break between the ceremony and the cocktail hour while photos are taken. Family of the bride and groom, please remain nearby. All other guests are invited to wait in the cocktail hour space or enjoy mingling in the lobby. There is a cash bar in the hotel lobby open during this intermission. Cocktail hour will take place on the second floor of the hotel. Our attendants will be available to guide guests upstairs. Enjoy passed hors d’oeuvres and an open bar. Please note: the bar will close from 7:00–8:00 PM during dinner service, so feel free to grab an extra drink before cocktail hour concludes. Wine will be served with dinner.
Reception
7:00 pm - 11:00 pm
Following the cocktail hour, guests will return to the Statler Ballroom for dinner and the reception. During dinner there will be a salad and an entree course. The bar will close during dinner and wine service will be delivered to tables. Open bar resumes at 8:00 and closes at 11:00.
After Party

The formalities have ended, but the festivities continue. We’d love for you to join us for the after-party at the hotel lobby bar. Kindly note: this will be a cash bar.
