What is the recommended attire?

Answer

Our wedding attire can be thought of as cocktail or semi-formal. For women, think things like fun dresses, jumpsuits, and two piece sets! Have fun with your outfit and be as creative as you want. Keep in mind we will be outside in the grass for a good part of the day, so stilettos may not be your best choice. For men, think suits or suit separates.

What happens if it rains?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will still be held at the Farm at Cottrell Lake in the three barns. There are walkway tents between barns to keep us shielded from the rain.

Will there be transportation options provided for guests?

Answer

Yes! Buses will be provided for guests from the Hilton at 3pm. There is parking on site at the venue for anyone who decides to drive. Keep in mind Ubers from Scranton are easy but leaving the venue may be in short supply. Note: for those arriving on Saturday, check in at the Hilton is at 3pm and they can not always guarantee an early check-in.

Will there be children at the wedding?

While we love all the little ones in the family, we are respectfully asking for this event to be adults-only.
