What time does everything start?

Answer

Our ceremony begins promptly at 5pm on Saturday—we recommend arriving by 4:45 to get settled. Cocktail hour, dinner, and lots of dancing will follow!

Where should I stay?

Answer

We have room blocks at Bethany Beach Ocean Suites Residence Inn and Fenwick Inn—details and booking link can be found on our 'Travel' page. We recommend booking early as rooms will fill up fast! You can, of course, stay at an Airbnb or VRBO as well!

What’s the easiest way to get to Bethany Beach?

Answer

If you’re coming from Baltimore, driving is the simplest option. Flying in? The closest airport with plenty of commercial flights is PHL, but for our Baltimore folks, we recommend BWI so you can carpool with other guests!

How do we get around once we're there?

Answer

Walking, driving or Ubers/Lyfts! We highly recommend a quick Uber/Lyft for those staying at our hotel room block. Addy Sea guests will be right on-site for the ceremony and reception.

Is there parking at Addy Sea?

Answer

Yes! There is street parking and a lot at Addy Sea. We recommend carpooling or grabbing an Uber/Lyft if you want to skip the parking hunt entirely!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! Beach formal = elevated but relaxed. Ladies, think breezy midi to maxi dresses—flowy fabrics, beachy vibes. Gentlemen, button-ups with or without a sport jacket, paired with slacks or khaki pants. No ties or bowties needed unless you're feeling fancy! All events are on sand and grass (and there will be LOTS of dancing), so wear shoes you can walk in (or don’t mind kicking off). We’ll have heaters if it gets chilly, but a light sweater or wrap also isn’t a bad idea!

What will the weather be like that time of year?

Answer

Expect mid-to-low 70s during the day and chilly nights! We're obviously hoping for sunshine, but have a rain plan in place on-site at Addy Sea should we need to use it! We also have heaters on standby if it ends up being an especially chilly night.

Are kids welcome?

Nope. You deserve a night off, too! This celebration is strictly adults-only (21+).

Can I bring a date?

We have a tight guest list, so please refer to your invitation—if a plus-one is included, it will be listed there (and might even say exactly who!). Thanks for understanding as we keep our special day intimate.

Yes! You can find our registry links to Zola, Crate & Barrel, and Target on our 'Registry' page. Your presence is truly the greatest gift, but if you'd like to celebrate us with something extra, we're SO grateful!
