Question

What do we wear?

Answer

Elevated Western Jeans, sport coats, dresses, and boots in neutrals or muted earthy tones. Cowboy hats welcomed & encouraged. Please avoid white and cream. Look above to the horseshoes to see the preferred color palette!

Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than May 31, 2026, so we can finalize accommodations and plan accordingly for all guests. Unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate guests who do not RSVP in a timely manner.

Question

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

Yes! We’ve put together a registry, and you can find it directly on our website.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Plan to get there about 30 minutes early. You’ll need a little time to walk from the parking area to the ceremony site.

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Because we have a pretty full guest list, we ask that you only bring a guest if they’re listed on your RSVP or you’ve checked with us and gotten approval ahead of time. We hope you understand!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your kiddos and truly want them to be part of the day. That said, similar to bringing a guest, we can only accommodate children who are listed on your RSVP or have been cleared with us ahead of time. We hope you understand and know this wasn’t an easy call for us to make.

Question

Is there parking for the wedding?

Answer

Yes! There’s parking available for the wedding, with overflow spots if needed. We do recommend carpooling if you’re driving to the wedding. And as always, please make sure you have a designated driver. It’s a long road with plenty of curves, and we want everyone to get home safely.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we will be providing transportation to and from the ceremony. He’ll only be able to make so many trips, though, so we’ll share more details and timing as we get closer to the wedding.

Question

Will there really be a tattoo station at the wedding?

Answer

Oh yes. We’re bringing in a professional tattoo artist for the night with a sheet of small flash designs for anyone feeling bold. Every design has been carefully curated by us with the artist and holds intention and meaning to us. They’re not wedding-themed, just timeless pieces you’ll actually want forever. Each tattoo will take about 20–25 minutes per person, and our artist will be tattooing for roughly four hours (unless there’s a ton of interest and we extend). It’s first come, first served, so get in line early and don’t forget some cash. Tattoos will be about the size of a quarter and will run around $30–$50 per person. Think of it as the coolest party favor you’ve ever had.

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

If you have a food allergy special request, just let us know when you RSVP. We’ll do our best to accommodate and make sure you’re taken care of.
