When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving at least 15-20 minutes before the ceremony begins to ensure you have time to park, find your seat, and settle in. You won’t want to miss a moment!

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes, we’d love for everyone to dress up for the occasion! It’s an evening wedding, so think dressy but comfortable—cocktail dresses, nice slacks, or a button-up shirt would be perfect. No need for tuxedos, but feel free to add a little flair!

Will there be alcohol at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We’ll have an open bar available for you to enjoy throughout the evening. While no payment is required, tips for the bartenders are always appreciated!

Are kids welcome?

While we adore your little ones, this celebration will be mostly adults-only. However, children specifically listed on the invitation are welcome to join us. We hope this gives you a chance to enjoy a special evening out!

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! While we haven’t reserved a room block, we recommend the following hotels in Clarksville, Arkansas: Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clarksville (This is where the wedding party will be staying!) Quality Inn & Suites Hampton Inn Clarksville Best Western Sherwood Inn Each offers great amenities and a comfortable stay. Book early to secure your spot!

While we’re unable to accommodate special dietary requests, rest assured there will be a variety of options available during the meal and cocktail hour. If you have specific concerns, feel free to reach out for more details.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there is ample parking available on-site for both the ceremony and reception. If you’re staying overnight at a nearby hotel, we may arrange transportation, but details are still being finalized. Feel free to check back closer to the date for updates.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation to and from the hotels will not be provided, so we kindly ask guests to plan their own travel to the ceremony and reception. There is ample parking available on-site to make things easy for everyone.
