FAQs

Question

What time should I arrive for the Ceremony and is there parking?

Answer

Please plan to arrive to Bilmar Beach Resort around 5pm and pull in the front to receive complimentary valet under the "Marron and Paz Wedding". Also please plan to walk in the sand to your seat, we will have a designated location to remove shoes if needed. The Ceremony will begin at 5:30pm sharp.

Question

Can I bring a date/plus one?

Answer

Due to limited space, we are only able to accommodate the guests that are included in your invitation. If you received a plus one, it will be listed on your invite by name.

Question

Can I take photos and videos during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an “unplugged” ceremony. This means we are asking that all phones and cameras are put away and turned to silent/off during the ceremony. We have hired a professional photographer/videographer to capture some of the most important moments of our lives and we’d hate to have a person’s phone or camera blocking that moment for our photographer to capture. After the ceremony is complete, please feel free to take as many photos as you want and share them with us!

Question

What if I don’t RSVP by the deadline?

Answer

If we do not receive an RSVP back from you by our 12/07/24 deadline, you will be marked “not attending”. The reason for this being that we must provide accurate guest counts to all of our vendors within a timely manner.

Question

Are there any colors we should avoid wearing?

Answer

We kindly ask that you avoid colors traditionally reserved for the bride - whites, ivories and creams.
