We have a block of rooms held for our guests at the Courtyard Cleveland Beachwood hotel. To reserve a room at a discounted rate, please navigate to the "Travel" tab on our website and click the "View" button to be taken to the reservation page. You can also call the hotel at (216) 765-1900 and mention the "Driscoll-Guarino wedding" when making your reservation. If you do not wish to stay at this location, there are many other hotels and Airbnb's in the area.
There will not be a shuttle service to provide transportation. The venue offers ample parking for all guests. Other driving services (Uber, Lyft, etc.) are also available in the area.
Our ceremony will begin promptly at 11:30 AM. We suggest arriving 15 minutes or so before to allow yourself time to get settled into your seat.
We ask that you wear semi-formal attire, such as a cocktail-length dress or dressy separates for women and a suit and tie for men.
Weather permitting, the ceremony will take place outdoors. In case of rain, the ceremony will be moved to a covered area. The cocktail hour and reception will be both indoors and outdoors. All wedding day events will take place at the venue, Sun Valley. Please navigate to the "Schedule" tab on our website for the exact address or refer to your invitation.
We’ve asked a professional photographer to capture all of the special moments so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy them with us. We invite you to turn off your phones and cameras during the ceremony (and other special moments). Our beautiful images will be available after the wedding.
Although we wish everyone could attend, children are only invited if named.
Please refer to the RSVP section on the back of your invitation to see how many seats have been reserved for you. If you are still unsure, please reach out to the bride and groom.
Food: We will be serving breakfast/brunch foods. During the cocktail hour, there will be mini avocado toasts (vegetarian and non-vegetarian options) and assorted pastries. The main meal will consist of french toast, mixed berries, hash brown and egg nests, breakfast potatoes, and a biscuit bar with gravy, jam, and honey available for toppings. Mini cannolis will be set out for dessert. Drink: The open bar will include beer, wine, and mimosas. No other alcoholic drinks will be served. Non-alcoholic drinks include soda, juice, and water. There will also be a coffee bar with hot and cold coffee options.
Our reception will end around 5:00 PM. At this time, we will take part in a grand exit with our guests. We hope you can stick around for this send off! Please note: We will not be hosting an after party.
We will be having a Welcome Event on Saturday, September 23rd from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at Van Aken Market Hall (3441 Tuttle Rd, Shaker Heights, OH 44122). Guests will be responsible for purchasing their own food and drinks. For more information about the event, please navigate to the "Schedule" tab on our website.
