When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Must RSVP yes or no by May 31st, 2025. Please RSVP as soon as you are able. You can always return to this website and change your RSVP status.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are asking guests to dress semi-formal or dressy casual. Keep in mind the venue is mostly grass so be careful when selecting heels/shoes. Bridal party will be in a light blue & avoid white please.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

View the travel sections for some recommendations, and room blocks. We suggest anything near the venue as most of Red Lodge is very walkable. Or if traveling with friends or a large group check out VRBO!

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Red Lodge summer weather is typically pleasant. The average high temperature on June 28 is 74°. Being mountain weather, the temperature drops quickly once the sun is down. The temp during the reception will likely reach lows into the upper 50s. Late afternoon thunderstorms are also common in the mountains.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive to the ceremony before the posted time 4pm. We will begin shortly after.

Where will there be parking for the event?

Answer

There will be parking at various locations to be updated soon. Parties are able to park directly on Park Avenue (please be mindful of the people that also live there & don't block any driveways). Can park along Rock Creek, on Broadway Avenue, and walk. We are asking younger parties to park further from the venue and walk to the event. Red Lodge is very walkable. Carpooling is encouraged.
