Is the ceremony outdoors?

Answer

Yes, the ceremony will be outdoors weather permitting.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, there will be snacks and refreshments provided while the bridal party and family are taking photos. After photos, we will all gather for dinner.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be cocktail-style​.

Are children welcome to come?

Answer

We ask that you join us for a fun child-free night. Unless your child is a part of our wedding party (a flower girl or ring bearer).

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We ask that unless indicated by the bride and groom you do not bring a plus one to help save costs. The online RSVP, through Zola, will reflect this as well.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes! There will be an open bar; however, keep in mind the venue only allows beer and wine- no liqueur​.

What will be served during the reception?

Answer

We will be catering Wing World. This will include multiple different types of boneless wings, potato salad, and Caesar salad. There will also be a snack bar provided.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Please let us know if you have any allergies. We would love to accommodate​ you.

Our registry​ is through Zola. This can be found on our wedding website.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP by April 1,​ 2024.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! there will be parking at Camp Roger. The ceremony and reception will all be held at Camp Roger.

Question

Can I spend the night at camp?

Answer

Guests are able to sleep in the cabins at Camp Roger if needed. Otherwise, we will be blocking a section of hotel rooms at the closest hotel to the venue. There are 12 cabins that sleep 15 people. The cabins mainly have bunk beds​. There is also space for tents if needed. The cabins have heat, electricity, lighting, wifi, showers, and bathrooms. If you choose to stay in a cabin please bring your own bedding. Please let us know if you want to stay in a cabin on the RSVP.
