If your invitation includes a plus one, it will be shown when you RSVP. Otherwise, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

We have reserved a room block at Hotel Avalon in Alpharetta for our guests. If you prefer alternative lodging, there are also many nearby Airbnb properties and cabin rentals available. For those looking to enjoy a mountain getaway, Big Canoe, GA, is just 10 minutes from Tate House and offers a variety of rental options. We recommend booking accommodations early, as availability may become limited closer to the wedding date.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes, there is on-site parking at the Tate House.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Transportation will be provided to and from Hotel Avalon and Tate House. The busses will depart from Hotel Avalon at exactly 3:30. We strongly encourage guests to utilize the provided transportation if you plan to use a rideshare service such as Uber or Lyft. Due to the venue's location, rideshare availability from the venue is limited and wait times may be longer than expected.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to arrive by 4:30 PM to allow plenty of time to get settled before the ceremony begins promptly at 5:00 PM.
