Shuttle from the Virginian Hotel Downtown

A 40-person shuttle bus will be picking up guests at 4:00pm on Saturday to be driven to the ceremony and reception location. There is limited space therefore it will be on a first come first serve basis. If you need to drive your own car there is plenty of parking on site for guests. In the event that you do not have the ability to drive home, you will be able to leave your car there until 9:00am on Sunday morning. *Note that Uber's or Lyfts may be limited in this area* Bus Departure from the Venue will be immediately after the send off. People who ride the bus to the ceremony will be prioritized.

We have a block of rooms for Friday and Saturday night reserved under the name of Littleton. The rooms reserved here either have One King bed and Two Queen beds for a rate of Approx. 245 (after taxes) a night for either room. Downtown Lynchburg, approx. 35 minutes from Venue.

This Hotel is located right off the highway and across the street from the River Ridge Mall. and about 8 minutes from Downtown Lynchburg approx. 28 minutes from Venue *note rooms here will not be available after March 24th

There is limited availability here for our weekend and we do not have a block at this Hotel but if you are wanting to stay in Downtown Lynchburg, this is a very nice option. This is approx. 35 minutes from Venue. They are also super dog friendly if you choose to travel with your pupper! Gorgeous rooms and incredibly comfortable Beds!
