FAQs

If you’re like Ally and you like to know all the details you’ve come to the right place! If your question isn’t answered below, please reach out via text (if you have our numbers) or email us at jaster.coleman.wedding@gmail.com
Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

We'd love to see our friends and family get dressed up for our big day! Tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses, but please avoid shades of white. The bridal party will be wearing emerald green. Formal military dress optional for service members.

Question

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony start time to allow time for parking and finding your seat.

Question

Where will the ceremony and reception be held?

Answer

The ceremony will be held indoors at Memorial Presbyterian Church, followed by an indoor cocktail hour and reception at the Midland Country Club. There is plenty of parking available at both places!

Question

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We have arranged a bus to shuttle folks from the hotels to the church, the church to the Midland Country Club (MCC), and the MCC back to the hotels. If you’re interested in using this shuttle, please let Ally or Alex know (and where you’re staying) so the route can be coordinated.

Question

Will drinks be provided?

Answer

Yes! Drinks are on us, however, please drink responsibly! Please make sure to bring your ID as the bartenders WILL be checking EVERY guest.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We are having an unplugged ceremony, meaning that once the ceremony starts, we ask that all guests have their phones silenced and put away. Once the ceremony is over feel free to take as many pictures you want and don’t forget to share them with us!

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by November 14th by using the QR code on your invitation or by clicking the RSVP tab on the menu above. If you do not RSVP by this time, we will assume you are unable to attend.

Question

What if I cannot make it?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP "not attending" so we can plan accordingly. Thank you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

At this time, we are only able to accommodate guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. If you received a plus one they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding.
