FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no hard dress code, we recommend bringing your boots, as we do have a rustic venue with a dirt floor. Formal wear, and if you want to spice it up a bit with a western vibe, you’ll fit right in with our theme! Ladies- no white please :)

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to attend our wedding celebration! Our babes will be there with us, and we’d love to see yours too! <3

Question

What food will be served?

Answer

We will be eating Mexican food, including birria and asada, along with classic rice and beans, fresh handmade tortillas and all the salsas you can think of. We will also have chile rellenos for anybody that does not want meat.

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

If you’d like to bring a plus one, please reach out to Ally and Abel so we can plan accordingly, as we will be doing assigned seating.

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 2pm. Please arrive at least 15 minutes before the ceremony to find your seat and get settled.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Ceremony parking is the church parking lot. Reception parking will be at the Soliz-El Rio Library parking lot, or across the street in the old restaurant parking lot. Please refrain from parking on the street.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony. We have hired a photographer and she will be getting all the perfect shots. Feel free to take as many photos as you’d like at the reception :)

Question

I still have questions, what is the best way to contact you?

Answer

You can reach out to Ally at any time via text/call. (805)427-4524 I’d be happy to answer any other questions you might have :)
