“we’re getting married”

There I (Ally) was, setting up the squat rack with my college roommate Morgan, when I noticed two guys staring at us from across the gym. They started whispering to each other and smiling a little, but we were in the zone so we didn’t pay much attention to them. Fast forward a few days and I start seeing these guys everywhere! One day I had a notification for a friend request on instagram and snapchat from a “Brian Spooner.” (Little did I know that was going to be my future husband.) It was a few days later when I received a message late at night saying “hey” and the rest is history!

Maybe an engagement would be surprising to some, but when your boyfriend asked what rings you like, you kind of assume it’s coming soon. (or when he says “I bought one!”) Brian and I headed to Illinois for a weekend of fun, and we were told to bring some clothes for family pictures. Brian made us drive separate (I was with Leigh Brenna and Khloe, Brian was with Brian Sr and Brock), so I was already suspicious. We took a few group pictures, before the photographer asked that Brian and I take some couple shots. I turned to Brian (who was shaking and taking some deep breaths) and he asked “you ready?”. Of course I assumed what was happening but being me I said “ready for what, why are you shaking”. He took my hand, got down on one knee and made a beautiful speech, but all i remember is being asked “Will you Marry Me”, to which i said “ABSOLUTELY”!! And we’ve been loving engaged life ever since.❤️
