How should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, scan the barcode on your invitation or go to the RSVP page on this website. Please submit your RSVP by August 1st.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 4:00pm. Please arrive no later than 10 minutes before the ceremony to get settled.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! You are able to park vehicles in the parking lot of the venue overnight. All vehicles must be off the property by 10:00am CST on Saturday, September 26, 2026. Of note, parking on Pond Road is prohibited. Vehicles parked on Pond Road are subject to being towed at the vehicle owner's expense.

What is the dress code?

Semi-formal, or whatever you feel your best in!

What happens if it rains?

Answer

Rain or shine, the celebration continues! There is potential for the ceremony to be moved inside, though parts of the celebration may still entail being outside. Please bring umbrellas if rain is in the forecast :)

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love all of your kiddos, we are limiting kids to immediate family only. Parents’ night out on us!!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

For the main meal, we will be having a grill out buffet (burgers, pork chops, potato salad, coleslaw). Light appetizers will be provided during cocktail hour. We are happy to accommodate most food allergies and dietary restrictions! Please ensure you let us know in advance so we can communicate with our caterer.
