If anyone tries to tell you that online dating doesn't work...they're wrong. At least in our case anyway. We met on a dating app called Plenty of Fish. And anyone who knows Harrison probably wont be surprised by the fact that his first message to me was a total lie. First of all, we all know that no one ever reads every profile they come across, but he definitely wasn't reading mine. It was blank, so that was kind of impossible. But for some reason when I looked at his pictures it felt like home. We went on our first date the next day, and the sparks flew from there. It was a whirlwind, and we both fell fast and we fell hard. I thank God everyday for bringing this man into my life, because he was everything I had ever been looking for in a time where I was ready to give up on finding love. And he better be thanking God too, otherwise he's going to start doing all of his own laundry. Fast forward several months, and we were preparing to move in together. And on our six month anniversary, I got off work at 6am and he was up by 9 heading over to my parents house to ask their permission. He proposed later that afternoon, and of course I wouldn't shut up long enough for him to finally get the question out of his mouth. But it was perfect, and of course I said yes. And planning a wedding was my own personal nightmare......the stress is unimaginable. And the planning process was just too much, so we opted for a small intimate ceremony which was beyond what I ever dreamed it would be. We said "I Do" to forever with each other on May 20th, 2018 in Cumming, Georgia surrounded by our closest family to keep things as simple and stress free, and it was absolutely perfect. Thank you for all of your thoughts, prayers, and continued support that has been shown to us throughout our relationship, and for all of the well wishes that have been sent our way since tying the knot. We wished everyone could have been there in person, but you were in our hearts.
