There is a block of rooms (10) at historic Iron Horse hotel in the Walker's Point neighborhood for our event for the weekend. The Iron Horse Hotel is a historic boutique hotel that blends industrial heritage with modern luxury. Originally a 100‑year‑old mattress factory, the building still features its cream‑city brick, exposed beams, steelwork, and dramatic architectural details that give the hotel its signature industrial‑chic character. Every space feels authentic, warm, and full of personality — nothing about the hotel is cookie‑cutter. We can add more rooms, please let us know if they are filled. The rate is $269 a night before taxes.

Kinn Guesthouse Bay View

This is a unique boutique hotel which is the closest option physically to the venue, about a 20-25 minute walk. Since it is a smaller hotel, there are no room blocks available, on 6/23/26 they had 4 rooms still available for that weekend.

Homewood Suites by Hilton Milwaukee Downtown

Here is the historic downtown Hilton hotel where we have a room block of 10 only until 8/12/2026. If you are needing a hotel, please book before this date! The rate will be $219 a night before taxes. Parking: self park is $30 a night, valet is $40 a night.

Hyatt Place Milwaukee Airport

We have a ten block starting Thursday, September 10 with check out Sunday the 13th. This is the airport hotel block option for those flying in, Hyatt fans, etc. It's locked in at $109 a night before taxes for a king room with pull out couch. You must book by August 13th for this rate. If you want to come for a shorter stint, call the hotel to adjust your booking.
