The bride and groom will be staying at The Gilmore, where our celebration dinner will be held in the charming Poet’s Courtyard, from Saturday, September 26th to Tuesday, September 29th. We would love for our guests to stay with us at the hotel, and a room block is available for your convenience. Feel free to join us for the whole weekend, or just meet us here for the day of the wedding on Monday! While staying at The Gilmore is preferred, it is certainly not required. If you plan to stay at a different hotel, please RSVP “No” for this specific event.

Nashville Cocktail Attire: Think elevated and stylish with a touch of Nashville flair. Dresses, jumpsuits, boots, sport coats, dress shirts, and dressy denim are all welcome.
Kick off wedding weekend with us at The Twelve Thirty Club! Join us for a prix fixe dinner, cocktails, and live music in the Supper Club Lounge as we celebrate together the night before the wedding. Our group will be seated just steps from the stage, so expect a lively atmosphere, great entertainment, and a fun Nashville evening the night before we say "I Do".

The trolley will be picking everyone up and dropping them back off at The Gilmore Hotel. If you plan to stay at a different hotel, please arrive at The Gilmore hotel by 2:00pm for trolley pickup.

For our ceremony, we kindly request formal attire with a garden inspired palette— soft greens, earth tones/ neutrals, and elegant florals are encouraged.

The Poet’s Courtyard will be open starting at 7:00 PM with drinks available for anyone who’d like to enjoy them before dinner. If you prefer, you can also use this time to return to your room and freshen up. Dinner will begin at 7:30 PM.
7:30 pm - 10:30 pm
Dinner, prepared by Chef Chris Kahle, will be served at 7:30 PM. Guests will be seated, and we’ll begin with a few special dances — the first dance, mother–son dance, and father–daughter dance — before everyone enjoys their meal.
