Our Story

Jordan and Trevor met at Stony Point High School, though at the time neither knew it would be the beginning of forever. Trevor was placed in Jordan’s sophomore history class as a freshman due to a scheduling error—but thankfully, he stayed. What began as a friendship quickly grew as they spent countless hours together in marching band throughout high school. Somewhere between rehearsals, football games, and everyday moments, God was quietly writing a story far bigger than they could see. On August 29, 2017, Jordan and Trevor officially began dating, and life together became an adventure rooted in love and commitment. After graduation, their journey was not without challenges. They navigated long distance while Jordan attended UTSA and Angelo State, learning the importance of patience, trust, and choosing love daily. Through every season, their faith remained a steady foundation, reminding them that even when the path felt uncertain, God’s timing—and His plan—was always faithful. On June 22, 2025, surrounded by the beauty of the Zilker Botanical Garden, Trevor asked Jordan to marry him. Filled with joy and overwhelming gratitude, the moment felt undeniably God-ordained. It remains one of the most meaningful days of their lives and a beautiful reminder that God opens doors they never even knew were an option. Today, Jordan and Trevor are building a life rooted in faith, love, and plenty of laughter. Jordan followed her calling and became a nurse, while Trevor has built his career as an electrician. Along the way, they adopted two very important (and very opinionated) additions to their family—their cats, Johnny Bravo and Allie—who bring endless personality and joy into their lives. As they look toward marriage and beyond, they are committed to keeping God at the center of their lives, trusting Him to guide their steps, and choosing each other daily with grace, gratitude, and a whole lot of love. “Therefore what God has joined together, let no one separate.” — Mark 10:9
