We will be posting a private link for the livesteam of our wedding mass taking place at 4:30pm on Saturday, August 21st, 2021. If you have any issues the day of with the livestream, please feel free to reach out to TBD. (We will update this later.) The live stream should start about 15 minutes before the mass begins so that you have time to make sure your connection/ set-up is working fine. A recording of the wedding mass will be available on the same link after the live stream ends. There is also a download button where you can save the recording.
The wedding mass and the reception will be indoors. At this time we cannot anticipate our total guest count, but will update this when possible. For the safety of our guests, we encourage everyone to receive the COVID vaccination if they are healthy, able, and in need of protection from COVID-19. For those unable to be vaccinated, and/or at a higher risk of infection, we totally understand if you prefer to social distance and/ or wear a mask for you to feel safe and comfortable at any of the wedding related events. Please let us know if there is any way we can help ensure your safety and comfortability at our wedding.
Please RSVP on this Zola website as soon as possible, and by July 25th at the latest. You can RSVP on this website by navigating to the RSVP page, and typing in your first and last name. If you're having trouble with your RSVP, try entering just your first or last name to see if that works. Feel free to contact us with any additional questions about sending in your RSVP.
The dress code for our wedding is semi formal/ formal attire. Gowns, suits, tuxes are welcome, as are summer dresses and nice dress shirts and slacks.
We are working on finalizing the menu at this time. We do know that we will have a beef option, a chicken option, and a vegetarian/ vegan option. If you have any dietary concerns or allergies, please feel free to reach out to us to let us know ahead of time so we can be sure to have something for you to eat at our reception.
Our wedding mass will take place during the public Sunday vigil mass. We encourage our guests to come early (between 4:00pm and 4:15pm) to find parking, get a seat, pray, and enjoy the church. We will have 20-30 minutes of beautiful prelude music before the mass starts promptly at 4:30pm.
If you did not receive a +1 and need one, please email us at LiveDeLongandProsper@gmail.com. We will do our best to make things work within the limits of a somewhat limited capacity.
Yes! If bringing your kids to the wedding would bring you joy and allow you to participate more fully in our wedding mass and reception, we welcome their attendance. (And we just love kids in general!) We do know that many couples enjoy a night out, and we welcome this as well. We will do our best to have things set up well for any kids that will be joining us, though they will still need to be supervised by an adult in your party. Please feel free to reach out to us at LiveDeLongandProsper@gmail.com with any questions related to bringing your kids to the wedding mass and/ or reception.
