Question

We didn't get an invitation, but we really thought we were going to be invited??

Answer

DON'T FRET! We had to make some difficult decisions with our wedding and decided to do a small ceremony with family and will be having a "We got married!" bash later on in March to celebrate with EVERYONE we love! So be on the look out for that invitation!

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than 2 weeks before. We have a very limited number and we really want you to be able to have a place to sit. Our RSVP list will be locked in 2 weeks prior to the event.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a 75 spot parking lot on site. Access to the parking lot is marked for easy identification. There is also a circle drive and drop off location adjoining the barn for all handicapped guests. Parking attendants will be in place 1 hour before each event to assist with the parking lot, however they are not valets. There is also access for bus and shuttle parking on site.

Smoking Policy

Answer

Vintage Oaks Ranch is a non-smoking facility. No smoking of any kind is allowed outside of the Designated Smoking Area and especially not on the porches (or within 25 feet of any door), the reception areas or inside any part of the barn, bridal suite, groom’s quarters or restrooms. Outdoor smoking/vaping area will be designated and clearly marked to accommodate smokers.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love kids and we know that finding people to watch your kiddos can be difficult, but please use digression when considering bringing your kiddos. We again have super limited space available.

Will there be alcohol?

Answer

The short answer is no. We made a choice to not have alcohol for multiple reasons and we do apologize for any inconvenience this bring you.
