While we adore your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only celebration. We hope this gives everyone the opportunity to relax and enjoy a special evening with us.
If you have booked a room at the Courtyard by Marriott, we will provide a shuttle to and from the hotel for all wedding events. The Ritz-Carlton and JW Marriott are walkable locations. If you choose to stay outside of the three hotels listed above, we ask that you provide your own transportation to the wedding events.
Orlando weather can be a bit unpredictable, so we kindly encourage guests to check the forecast a few days before arriving and pack accordingly. While we plan to enjoy our celebrations outdoors whenever possible, we will move events indoors if the weather does not cooperate. Our priority is everyone’s comfort, so please bring a light layer just in case it happens to be chilly!
We'd like to ask guests to dress in their finest black-tie attire for the wedding on Saturday. Garden attire is requested for the welcome reception on Friday.
Our discounted room block rate is available for stays from Friday through Sunday only. If you would like to arrive earlier or depart later, please contact the hotel directly after making your reservation, and they will be happy to assist with extending your stay based on availability.
