Fripp Island is a community of privately-owned homes, villas, cottages & condos. Many are available to reserve through Fripp Island Resort (FIR). Reservations made through the group sales office will receive a 10% discount & will include amenity cards for every guest.

If renting outside of FIR, we suggest a rental that includes guest amenity cards. Guest cards are required to dine in a restaurant, swim in one of the resort pools or partake in select resort functions. Guest cards are NOT needed for any of the wedding activities. 

Golf carts are the preferred means of transportation & are included with many rental packages. Cart rentals are also available on the island (guest amenity card required). Guests without amenity cards can rent through Sea Island Golf Carts.
