FAQs

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly ask our guests to dress in semi-formal attire with a garden party touch for our special day. Think elevated yet effortless—men can wear dress shirts with slacks or a suit (ties optional), while women can opt for cocktail dresses, midi or maxi dresses, or dressy separates in light, airy fabrics. Since our celebration will be outdoors, we encourage styles that are both polished and comfortable. Soft colors, floral prints, and flowy silhouettes are perfect for the setting. You may also want to choose footwear suitable for grass or uneven ground. Please avoid overly casual attire such as jeans, t-shirts, or athletic wear. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Yes, you’re welcome to bring a guest! We kindly ask that you include your plus-one when submitting your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We can’t wait to celebrate with you both!

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome! We’re so excited to celebrate with guests of all ages.

Question

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! If you are staying in Lubbock, we will be providing transportation to and from the ceremony. We kindly ask that you let us know if you plan to use this when you RSVP so we can plan accordingly. We understand many guests may prefer to stay in Lubbock rather than Lamesa, and we want to help ensure everyone can celebrate safely—please take advantage of this option to avoid drinking and driving.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There will be parking available at the ceremony. For the reception, valet parking will be provided for your convenience.
