Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Several families invited have young children. The space and plan for the party will be casual enough to allow for kids to attend!

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Because we did not include RSVP cards in our invitations, we have indicated on the addresses of envelopes who is included. In the online RSVP process on our website, it will indicate who is invited, too. If you have questions, please text or call us!

There's no RSVP card... so how do I RSVP?

We'd love for you to RSVP on our website (look at the top of this site for the tab that says RSVP).

Are there any other events that I should know about around the wedding?

Answer

We will be planning lots of different, fun, casual activities all weekend long. Join us for the ceremony and reception at The Loft on Friday, and whatever else you choose through Sunday! Take a look at the Schedule tab at the top of this page for more information.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The venue will be open at 4pm to allow time for guests to get comfortable. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm. The party will begin at 6pm.

I can't make it to the ceremony but I can make it to other events...

That's great! Please join us for what you can! If you can't make the ceremony but come for the party, that's awesome, too! You can RSVP separately for all the listed events (including the ceremony and the party).

Is there a dress code for the ceremony and party?

Answer

Classy. Allison will be wearing a once-in-a-lifetime gown and Ryan will be suited. However, Ryan feels very strongly that ties restrict comfort and ability to dance effectively thus consider neck ties entirely optional.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request for the party?

Answer

We'll be supplying guests with delicious noms and grilled cheese from the Vore Food Truck. All sandwiches can be prepared vegetarian, vegan and/or gluten-free, .

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Free public parking is available directly behind the reception site, The Loft. Street parking is available on Colorado Ave and the surrounding neighborhoods. There are additional free parking lots in Old Colorado City within walking distance of the venue, too. Allow yourself some extra time to find parking.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

There are many hotels to choose from in the Colorado Springs area. Our reception party site is in Old Colorado City, or the western edge of Colorado Springs. We will have a block saved at the Hyatt House (which provides free shuttling to the reception party at The Loft in Old Colorado City).
