We will open up the RSVP section when we send the formal invitations out. Until you get your invitation, just hang tight!
You can click the RSVP tab above (when open) and RSVP at any time. We will include a paper RSVP with the invite if you prefer to mail your RSVP back to us!
Please RSVP as soon as you know, but we need to have an accurate RSVP count by October 17th.
If you do not RSVP by October 17th, you will be marked as "not attending". We would love to celebrate with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP's. (This will mean you are not allowed to show up to our special day. There will be no seating, food or drink accommodations for you)
You will be definitely be missed! If you cannot attend our wedding, please indicate "Will NOT Attend" on your RSVP so we can plan accordingly. If you have already RSVP'd "Attending", but find that you will not make it, please notify Allison as soon as you are aware.
Due to limited capacity at the venue, we are only able to accommodate those guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. Your invite will be made out to "(Your Name) & Guest" if a plus one has been given to you. Thank you for understanding!
We love and adore your little ones, however, we have decided to keep our ceremony and reception an adults-only event with the exception of immediate family. We encourage you to use this night as a fun date night! We appreciate you making prior arrangements so you can celebrate with us.
We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in formal attire. However, our wedding is going to have a western vibe so western formal is also allowed. Please no wearing of white.
The colors we chose are dark teal, chocolate brown, rust and ivory.
The ceremony will be outdoors as long as the weather stays good. We will be in a grassy area under trees. The weather shouldn't be too hot or cold but please come prepared for any weather conditions.
A time for the ceremony will be given on your formal invite and we ask that you arrive and be in your seat NO LATER THAN 15 minutes before the ceremony starts. You may arrive earlier than 15 minutes and it will give you time to park, sign the guest book, and find your seat. If you arrive after the ceremony has started, you will not be able to be seated and will have to wait until cocktail hour to enter!
We kindly ask that you do not have your phones or cameras out during the ceremony. Our photographer will be capturing the ceremony, and we don't want any phones in our photos!
Yes, if you have a food allergy, please contact Allison. She will let her caterer know of any allergies and they will try their best to accommodate those allergies.
