We're big planners, so we'd love to know by February 1, 2026 if you plan to attend.
Absolutely. Please call or text Allison or Zach directly.
Yes, yes, YES! Please bring your littles if you'd like to introduce them to the Rockies and make the trip a family vacation. This is a VERY kid-friendly event and we'd love to make memories with your entire family.
If your invitation includes a plus one, please use it on significant others only. No friend dates, please!
NO. We want extra face time with our guests, so please join us if you're in town Friday around dinnertime. We'd love to have some extra time to catch up.
If you're traveling from Illinois, like most of our guests, you have options. The simplest is driving, but the trip can take 16 hours. Flying is another option, but you have to think about getting from the airport to Estes Park. Renting a car is one way, but there is an Estes Park Shuttle from the airport and you can book one-way or round-trip tickets. The last option is by train! Many Illinoisans will be taking the Amtrak from Galesburg to Denver. There is a Bustang that goes from Union Station to downtown Estes Park!
Yes! We will arrange a shuttle for safe and easy transportation. Details coming soon!
Absolutely. There is plenty of parking if you plan to drive.
We will be doing loads of wedding prep to makes sure everyone has a good time Friday & Saturday, so unfortunately, we won't be able to accommodate early visits with our traveling guests.
We also love traveling with Barley Bean when we can. Unfortunately, the hotel nor Black Canyon Inn permit pets on the premises. That means you'll need to book accommodations that allow pets. Our Friday evening welcome dinner will be dog-friendly, so you can bring your fur babies to the bonfire!
Kind of! We're aiming for "Mountain Maximalist." Think bold prints, jewel tones, and rich textures—cocktail attire or beyond. Overdressing is encouraged, but showing up in your favorite outfit works too. Just know: July evenings at 7,500 feet get cool, so bring a layer. And leave the stilettos at home—your feet will thank you. July evenings in Estes Park drop into the mid-50s after sunset. A layering piece isn't just cute, it's necessary. Here's some inspiration: https://canva.link/5qfs8nnyywrw6tu Femme: Bold floral midi or maxi dress. Jewel-tone satin. Flowy chiffon with print. Statement earrings. Block heels or dressy flats (dancing-friendly). A shawl or wrap for mountain evening. Masc: Tailored trousers, no tie required. Textured blazer or sport coat. Rich-colored dress shirt (open collar). Patterned pocket square. Clean boots or loafers. Blazer optional if it's warm.
Please plan to arrive 10-15 minutes early. We're not on Molly B time. (That goes for the bride's father. IYKYK.)
Nowhere! But you can contribute to our upcoming adventures on the Registry tab. :)
