Cocktail/semi-formal attire. If possible, we’d love for guests to avoid wearing light blue (women) or a tan suit (men) since that’s the color our wedding party will be in.
Both! The ceremony will be outdoors, followed by dinner and dancing indoors. There will be a coat check if you need to drop off any outwear. We recommend wearing sunscreen for the outdoor ceremony!

Due to the limited size of the venue, we cannot accommodate additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. If you received a plus one, they will appear under your name when you RSVP. Please contact Allison or Will for any questions regarding this.
We love your children! However, we have decided to keep our wedding and reception to an adults-only event due to the size of the venue.
Please arrive by 3:30pm, as the ceremony will begin around 4:00pm.
There is a parking lot at the venue; however, we encourage using our provided transportation to have a fun night to provided locations to Downtown Truckee and Northstar. If you leave your car at the venue overnight, it must be removed from the venue by 9am the next morning.
We love that you want to capture our special day! We ask that you please be courteous to our wedding photographer during our wedding ceremony by keeping arms and legs out of the aisle, as well as refraining from standing up. After the ceremony, feel free to take as many photos and videos as you would like!
There will be a plated meal offering steak, chicken, or a vegetarian option. We will accommodate any foot allergies or diet restrictions to the best of our abilities. Please note any requests to address these allergies/restrictions during the RSVP process.
Absolutely! Please reach out to us for our address for shipping. We will also have a gift and a card box table at the wedding for in-person gifts.
