Tyler decided to shoot me an Instagram message (potentially fueled by some liquid courage) at 3:30 in the morning one night. Luckily for him, I was working nightshift and was on my lunch break when he sent it... so I responded. Had I not been working, I probably wouldn't have replied the next morning when I woke up. We exchanged a few messages, I came home that weekend, we went on a date at the lake... and the rest is history.

We went back to the restaurant where we had our first date- Montgomery Inn at The Boathouse in Cincinnati, OH. We stood at the fence and looked out at the river when he turned to me and said "you know I love you, right?" We both laughed and neither one of us can remember what else he said. He got down on one knee and I couldn't say yes fast enough. Both of our entire families were there to celebrate with us!
