Absolutely not. As much as we love your children and/or babies, our venue does not allow children to be present at an event with so much going on. The venue is a museum with timeless, very valuable and non-replaceable art. You will be asked to leave if you do not follow this rule. Take this as a night off, let your hair down and come enjoy some fun!
Yes! Transportation for all hotel guests and those nearby will be provided to and from the ceremony and reception departing from Le Meridien Hotel promptly at 4:15pm!
If you have a plus one on your invitation, you may bring a date! If you do not, please understand we have a capacity limit, and as much as we would love to have everyone come, we unfortunately cannot.
Yes, cocktail attire or semi-formal. Please no jeans or hats.
Hotels only allow a certain number of rooms to be blocked. If a hotel says they do not have any more rooms left for the block- book outside of the block or move on to the next hotel listed.
YES, please refrain from taking your phone out for pictures or videos. We have amazing photographers/videographers that will take plenty of photos. Please, sit back and just enjoy being in the moment.
The ceremony will be held indoors and cocktail hour will be held outdoors. The reception will be held indoors.
