CAN I BRING A DATE?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest," then yes, if not, we have only planned to seat you. If you received a plus one, your guest’s name will appear under your name when you RSVP.

Is there transportation?

Answer

There will be bus transportation to and from the reception for those that choose to stay at Embassy Suites. Shuttle will leave promptly at 4:15pm from embassy suites to Hunt Valley. We have not arranged transportation for guests to the ceremony at the Church. There is a free parking lot at both the church location and reception venue and ride share options such as Uber and Lyft that are easily accessed.

WHAT'S THE DRESS CODE?

Our wedding is semi-formal. Ladies should wear cocktail, midi or long dresses, and the gentlemen should wear a suit and tie. The ceremony and reception are indoors and cocktail hour is outside.

Are Kids Invited?

Although we love your little ones, we respectfully have chosen for our wedding to be an adult-only occasion. Thank you for understanding!

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE CEREMONY?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests can head back to their hotel or grab a drink at any of the surrounding bars or clubhouse at the reception venue to wait for cocktail hour that will begin at 4:30pm.

What time should I check into the hotel?

Answer

Check in is at 4pm at the hotel. The hotel has shared they cannot confirm early check in, but you can call after 11am day of to check, but please be ready at 4:15pm for the bus departure to Hunt Valley. We recommend checking in after the reception if time does not allow in between.
