Join us in cocktail attire! We’d love to see ladies in knee-length, tea-length, or midi dresses or dressy separates, and men in suits with a tie.
Cocktail hour will be outdoors on the river boardwalk, pending the weather. The rest of the reception will be indoors, with access to the boardwalk for the whole night!
The last day to book a room in our block at Courtyard by Marriott is July 22nd. We advise you to do so sooner than later, as there is a convention in Milwaukee also utilizing this hotel for a block. Please visit the travel page for further details.
Parking will be available at both Church of the Gesu and The Starling, though we encourage guests to consider Uber or other rideshare options for the reception. Church of the Gesu: Parking lot on the south side, entrance on 11th Street. The Starling Parking available at 225 E Chicago Street (first come, first served), plus additional nearby structures.
August weather can vary, but typically ranges from 80s during the day to 60s in the evening. With our cocktail hour taking place outdoors, we anticipate warmer weather.
We would love to share our special day with as many people as possible, but due to venue restrictions, we are unable to accommodate plus ones. Please refer to your invitation for the names of those included in your party. Thank you for your understanding!
