We met online and became good friends. Neither of us were looking for anything serious but a few months later we kind of just started dating. He never really asked me to be his girlfriend.

I had worked a long shift at Starbucks on Christmas Day. I came home after work and we sat around the tree and opened all of our presents. He told me he had one last gift for me and I needed to go find my dog Piper to get it. He had connected the ring to her and asked me to marry him. I said yes and I obviously cried!
