Can I leave my car overnight at the venue?

Answer

Yes! Guests are definitely allowed to use the parking lot on the day of and they are able to leave their vehicles overnight.

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

There will be a shuttle provided back to the Hilton Garden Inn Oakland/San Leandro after the reception. We highly recommend scheduling a specific Uber/Lyft/taxi pick up time for getting to the venue due to a 4pm sharp start time.

We have hotels listed under "Travel," with group rate information.

Are children invited to the wedding?

Unfortunately, we will be not able to accommodate all children. Your invitation will indicate the number of seats reserved. Thank you for understanding.

Yes, there will be at both the cocktail hour and dinner. Please let us know if you have any other dietary restrictions.

Weather permitting, our ceremony will take place outside. The cocktail hour and reception will be indoors.
