Dresscode: Extra! 70's and 80's Old Hollywood / Cowboy western inspired attire. Thrifted and second-hand clothing is encouraged. Express yourselves and go hard! We want you to wear things that you would never wear otherwise.

Welcome party will start at first bus drop of at 3 pm, second bus drop off at 4 pm. Ceremony will be at 4:30 pm. Dinner will be provided at 7pm by our local Texan Style BBQ "The Black Board". Vegan/vegetarian and gluten-free options will be available. Drinks are on us, enjoy the open bar! The drive takes about 25 minutes from downtown Boerne. Please arrive at least 30 minutes before the ceremony. You can sign up for our shuttle service at 2:30 pm or 3:30 pm leaving from the Kendall Hill Country Inn in the center of town. See above and below for provided transportation shuttle-registration time events. Taxis and Ubers are limited, we recommend reserving ahead of time. Rental Cars are also an option, just please don't drink and drive! Thank you very much!

Transport Shuttles back to Boerne

To keep everyone safe after the party, we will provide on-the-hour return transportation shuttles to Boerne starting at 10pm, the last bus leaving the venue at 3am. To ensure we have enough room on the bus on each trip, please let us know your preferred departure time. Drop off will be back at the center of town, where everyone can easily reach their hotels and accomodations. Please plan accordingly! Transportation sign ups will be handled in a first order recieved basis. Try to RSVP as soon as possible to ensure your preferred shuttle time.
