Are kids allowed?

This is a child free wedding! So no kids :)

Where is the ceremony and reception ?

Answer

The ceremony and reception will both be help at Pleasant Grove Farms on June 13th, 2026. This is located less than 20 minutes outside of the city. The ceremony will begin at 4:30pm.

Is it an indoor or outdoor wedding?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors and the reception will be inside! (I know it will be hot - we will keep the ceremony short and sweet!)

Do you have a room block ?

Answer

Yes ! There is a room block at the Charlotte Marriott City Center. Details are location on the "travel" tab of this website!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We ask that guests dress in colors that are light, airy, and spring/summer! For men: Suits that are tan, light blue, green, etc. Stripped suits are also an option ! Avoid black and dark navy if possible. For women: Pastels, light neutrals, or florals. If you dress has some white in it that is totally okay with me :) Our vision is light and airy! Our bridal party will be wearing butter yellow and tan suits and we would love if our guests could compliment this with spring and summer colors!

What is the food ?

Answer

We will be doing a buffet with our main options being chicken and steak with sides including a potatoe option, vegetables, and a salad. We will also be serving a cake (of course) and a fun surprise at cocktail hour !

Is it an open bar?

Answer

Yes! We will have an open bar serving beer, wine, and liquor as well as our signature drinks. Welcome drinks will be available before the ceremony starting at 4pm !
