Going to the chapel and we're gonna get married

In the midst of a pandemic-altered world, our love story unfolded with a simple swipe on Bumble in 2020. As social norms shifted and quarantine rules reshaped our lives, we found solace and connection in each other's company. Our first date at Audacious Aleworks, amidst the seasonally warm December air, set the stage for countless adventures to come. From patio dining to failed escape room attempts, from St. Patrick's Day celebrations to cheering on the Nats, our bond deepened with each shared moment. Meeting our families over birthday celebrations marked special milestones, as did our travels to Dewey Beach, Savannah, Wilmington, Durham, Charlottesville, Philadelphia and the Bahamas, weaving memories that anchored us together. In October 2022, we took the leap and moved into an Arlington apartment, where the pulse of the city matched the rhythm of our love. Our journey took us to France, where amid the romance of Paris and the allure of the Mediterranean, we realized we were destined for a lifetime of adventure together. Then, amidst the breathtaking beauty of San Juan, Roger's proposal illuminated our shared path forward. Now, as we plan our wedding in Northern Virginia, surrounded by the warmth of family and friends, we embrace our home, knowing that within its familiar embrace, our love story will continue to unfold, going to the chapel and we're gonna get married!
