ARE GETTING MARRIED

When Drew and Allison met they both had recently gone through major life events in the height of the pandemic and sought companionship. Their first date was early in the morning at a breakfast diner, this was the first time they had met in person. The two of them had just gotten off of long night shifts and were exhausted, excited, and Drew was about as nervous as he ever gets. Allison and Drew sat there, ate, and got to know each other for 3 hours. The next four or five dates followed within the same week. The two of them couldn’t get enough of the other’s company. The day finally came to introduce each other to their families and after seeing how well they all fit together, that was it, they knew they had something special.

Mallorie Layton

Allison and Mallorie met when they were just 15 years old. They have been close ever since. They have grown up together and they have become mothers together! One of Allison’s favorite memories of Mallorie involve going country cruising and Mallorie wanted to show off her new skills she learned in drivers Ed. Mallorie yells “DRIVING BACKWARDS IS JUST LIKE DRIVING FORWARD” and she gassed it in REVERSE. They ended up in the ditch. So if your curious, driving backwards is NOTHING like driving forwards.

Scott is one of Drew’s many cousins. Scott and Drew have been pretty much inseparable since childhood. And fondly remember being woken up at dawn with a quick yank on a toe by Tim, to go to work.

Allyauna Rylant

Allyauna who also goes by SIS, is Allison’s little sister. Allison’s favorite memory of Allyauna is during vacation a few years ago. Allyauna was 7 years old, and she stood in the middle of the front room, and roasted every single family member. She was awesome!

Ethan Owens

Ethan is Drew’s brother. They have travelled through parts of Europe together and as all siblings, can pretty much have a whole conversation without saying a word.

Allison met Rachel in nursing school! Rachel is so positive and just happy all the time. Allison’s favorite memory is going to Pump House on break of a school day to STUDY.

Drew and AJ met in Wichita when AJ’s parents hired Drew to help start up their new German restaurant. Through lots of hard work and laughter, Drew and AJ became great friends. The 2 of them have been there for each other through major life events and have grown to be like brothers. Langston, Drew’s son, even calls him Uncle AJ.

Brandy is Allison’s oldest cousin, and one of her closest friends! Allison’s favorite memories with Brandy are all the times they just jammed out in the car. Which they do almost every time they are together!

Ryan Burris

Ryan is one of Drew’s many cousins. Ryan and Drew have been getting hurt and in trouble together pretty much their whole lives. Ryan used to drive around with Drew late at night in his red Camaro, before Drew could drive. Ryan was pretty much an older brother to Drew growing up.

Lauren Wright

Allison met Lauren through Drew and AJs bromance. They felt a very strong need to become friends with how close Drew and Aj were. THANKFULLY, they didn’t have to try very hard and they rely on each other to stay sane.

Colby and Drew have been the best of friends since high school. Even with months or years between seeing each other, they pick up like they saw each other the day before. They can also knock out a long road trip in the middle of the night with virtually no sleep.

Tessa is Allison’s sister-in-law. Allison’s favorite memory of Tessa is when they all went camping. Many heart felt talks were had.

Jordan and Drew have been great friends since high school. Jordan and Drew took pride in their old square body trucks back then, even if Jordan was driving a crappy Ford. Jordan and Drew were together when a HUGE squirrel fell through the attic in Jordan’s mom’s garage on New Years 2009.
