Welcome Party

Dress is Beach Formal. Think colorful sundresses and button down shirts. The event will be held on grass, so please keep that in mind when picking shoes!

There will be dessert, cocktails, live music and good times! This event will be hosted on the resort’s beautiful beach-front garden. Can’t wait to ring in the wedding weekend with you all. Stay tuned, more details to come.

Ceremony, Cocktail Hour, and Reception

5:00 pm

Cocktail Attire: Cocktail and long dresses for the ladies and suits/slacks and dress shirts for men. The reception will be held on grass, so keep that in mind when selecting shoes.

Vans will pick up guests from Villa La Valencia at 4:15 p.m. and will be driving everyone to our off-site venue: Baja Luna. Exact timing to follow. We will send text updates. Baja Luna is a gorgeous private outdoor venue with farm-to-table dining. All of the wedding events will be held on property. Ceremony will be held in the outdoor chapel. Our poolside cocktail hour begins immediately after. Dinner and dancing to follow. Can’t wait to dance the night away! Buses will take everyone back to Villa La Valencia at 10:15 p.m. We love your little ones, but due to the nature of our celebration, we have decided to make our wedding an adult-only event.
