FAQs

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

Semi-formal/Garden attire: Cocktail dresses, suits, sundresses, floral prints, and suits in lighter hues are all welcome. It is a spring and floral themed wedding. Any questions, reach out to Allison at (850) 602-0777! :)

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 5:00 PM, so please arrive with plenty of time to park and walk over to the venue. A typical time to be seated at the ceremony is 15-30 minutes before ceremony start time.

Question

Where should I park?

Answer

There are MANY self-service parking lots in downtown Pensacola that are near the wedding venue. I recommend downloading the app "ParkMobile", since that is what most parking lots use in downtown Pensacola. There are even a few areas that free parking is allowed.

Question

What will the weather be like?

Answer

Pensacola in March will be a high of 70 degrees and a low of 58. We are planning for it to be mildly cool weather.

Question

Is the wedding ceremony/reception inside or outside? Are they in the same place?

Answer

Yes, the wedding and ceremony are located in the same venue. The ceremony will be outside and the reception will be inside!

Question

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, guests will be directed inside for cocktail hour where there is an open bar with signature cocktails, beer, and wine, and horderves served to guests. This cocktail hour is followed by the reception where dinner will be served.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

Yes! Kids are welcome.

Question

Where should I stay?

Answer

We recommend either using our hotel block at the Holiday Inn Express Pensacola Downtown-IHG Hotel with discount code “ANW”, or booking at another nearby hotel or Airbnb that better suits your needs. The advantage of booking at the blocked hotel room is that it is about a .1 mile walk from the wedding venue!

Question

RSVP instructions? Also, can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Please mail back the RSVP card back to 1227 Pearson Rd, Milton, FL, 32583, or you can reach out to Allison at (850) 602-0777 or Noah at (409) 978-1062 to indicate your RSVP! If your invitation or envelope lists “and guest”, then you are given a plus one. Any member of the wedding party automatically is given a plus one. If in doubt, please reach out to Allison or Noah and ask.

Question

If I have any dietary restrictions, how should I communicate those?

Answer

Please indicate on the RSVP card of your dietary restrictions, and you can also reach out to Allison at (850) 602-0777.
