Yes, there is plenty of parking at The Troutdale House. That said, the three hotels listed on our travel page are within a mile, we recommend walking or grabbing an Uber/Lyft so you can celebrate safely.
Semi-formal is dressier than casual but not quite black-tie. Think of it as your "Sunday best". Dresses, skirts, jumpsuits, or dress pants with a button-up. At a minimum, jeans aren't appropriate for this occasion.
