This is one of our favorite restaurants in Portland, the wait time is often long, but their sister restaurant Honey Paw, next door is equally awesome.
A must-stop in the Old Port, Holy Donut makes incredible Maine potato donuts (yes, with actual mashed potatoes) in some great flavors. Allison's favorite is the Dark Chocolate Sea Salt and McKenzie's partial to the Maple Bacon. Lines can be long so get there early before they sell out!
If you're looking for a classic Maine photo op, head to Fort Williams Park to see Portland Head Light, the most photographed lighthouse in America.
Our favorite place to bowl! Great food and a beautiful rooftop with an airstream taco bar.
Great local beer with a friteshop out front for poutine and other fun snacks!
Sea Dogs games are always a blast! Check out their schedule (http://www.milb.com/schedule/index.jsp?sid=t546) and be sure to get a Sea Dog Biscuit ice cream sandwich for dessert.
Eastern Prom is a beautiful park overlooking Casco Bay and one of our favorite places in the city.
This tour gives a wonderful glimpse into Portland's food scene!
Our favorite dive bar right around the corner from the hotel!
If you're looking to get out on the water, Casco Bay Lines offers some great rides out to the islands, or pack a picnic and BYOB for the Mailboat Run.
