Since moving to NYC I had always wanted to go with a date to the row boats in Central Park. It was just as romantic as I had always dreamed, and even more fun because it was with Matt.

After meeting at church and going on one date in NYC, Matt and I talked all summer. I came out to Utah in August for our second date and Matt’s beard was slightly tidier than when we first met.

Fun Fact: Allison had me smitten from the first moment I saw her.

This was moments before going to Medieval Times in California. Walking on the beach together was great and everything but nothing compared to watching our knight win the favor of the queen.

I took Allison home on Thanksgiving 2018 to meet my family--this was of the first impressions she made and has since maintained.

One of the few times I’ve ever seen Matt embarrassed was when he had to wear this sweater to a Christmas party. He bought two for Christmas hoping I’d pick the elf one.
