What time does the reception start?

Answer

The cocktail hour will begin at 4:30 pm. Guests can begin arriving at 4:00 pm.

Am I allowed to take photos during the event?

Answer

Yes! We encourage guests to take photos throughout the evening. Following the reception we will send out a link to a shared photo drive where you can upload your wonderful photos to share with us and other guests.

Are kids invited to this event?

Answer

Yes! We look forward to seeing your entire family - kids included! Kid-friendly meals and activities will be provided.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Due to the venue's limited capacity, we ask that you only bring those listed on the invitation. Guests that are invited will be indicated when you RSVP on our website.

What is the expected attire for the reception?

Answer

Our attire theme is garden cocktail. Comfortable dresses, jumpsuits, and suits. Bright colors and floral patterns welcome. We simply ask no jeans, shorts, or sneakers.

Are there lodging accomodations at the venue?

Answer

There are no accommodations or camping options within Cuyahoga Valley National Park. Please visit our "Travel" page for lodging recommendations.

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

This event will have a cash bar. No outside alcohol is allowed at the venue due to the bar contract and permits. If any outside alcohol is brought into or consumed at the venue, you will be asked to leave.

What is on the menu for the reception?

Answer

For dinner we will have plated salads and rolls followed by a buffet of herb crusted chicken, Italian sausage with peppers and onions, ravioli, smashed potatoes, and a vegetable medley. For dessert there will be a cookie table and s'mores station.
