Will there be transportation from hotel to venue?

Answer

Everything will be in the city of Charlotte. (Uptown). All room blocked hotels are 1-2 blocks/ 3-5 minute walk to venue.

What do I wear?

Black tie optional. Women- Mid-length or Long Gown Men- Suit or Tux

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive at the ceremony at least 10-15mim early to settle in.

Should I bring a coat?

Answer

North Carolina weather is beautiful this time of year, however during the day can get chilly. If you would like to bring a coat there will be a coat check available.

There will be a few options on your invite. —Filet Mignon, served with burgundy wine sauce —Chicken Florentine- stuffed chicken breast with Feta cheese and spinach. —Salmon prepared with lemon, white wine. Finished with Dijon mustard glaze and fresh dill —Veggie Option SIDES — Butternut squash Risotto —Long Stem Green Beans with Mushrooms
