Please arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony start time so you can get settled before the proceedings (i.e., on or before 2:45pm).
The ceremony and reception is extended to adults only due to capacity constraints. Thank you for your understanding!
Parking is FREE. You may leave your car overnight too, however please retrieve your vehicle the next day in a timely manner. A complimentary shuttle to/from New Vintage Place will be available at the Amway Grand Plaza, prior to the ceremony and starting again later in the evening. A formal travel itinerary will be provided closer to date.
The ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception will take place indoors. However, there are outdoor areas within the venue for you to get some fresh air if needed.
We'll be serving light passed hors d'oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a buffet dinner and dessert. OPEN BAR during cocktail hour and reception.
We will be having an unplugged wedding ceremony so that guests are not distracted by their devices. This ensures that the professional wedding photographer can get the best possible shots without the interference of other flashes or mobile screens. We would love for you to take pictures after the ceremony and during the reception!
