Our story begins junior year of high school after Liam transferred to Bishop Sullivan from California and we became classmates. Although, it wasn’t until senior year when we shared a close friend group, became study buddies, and quickly best friends. Countless nights of school projects, family trips to Corolla & Wintergreen, Senior Prom, and typical high school dates led to a no-brainer decision of a long distance relationship between Villanova and Virginia Tech. College apart included several visits for football & basketball games, Military Balls & Sorority Formals, and phone calls about new friends, classes, and parties. As many of you know, this was only the start of our long distance relationship, as Liam’s family moved to Hawaii where he would spend most of his college breaks. After graduation and commissioning into the military, Liam attended Marine Officer training in Quantico, VA and then in Camp Lejuene, NC. These moves were our biggest blessings as he was able to be close to family and we were able to share more weekends than ever together. News came of Liam's orders to Japan which only made us grow closer together. Liam proposed on a warm summer night in Corolla, one of Allison’s favorite places. Our families were able to come celebrate the engagement weekend together and it is one of our favorite weekends to date. Every obstacle we have faced has made us grow stronger and closer together. We've learned to cherish every moment, laugh constantly, and love endlessly. We cannot wait to begin the rest of our lives together and explore the world by each other's sides. Thank you to all our dear family and friends who have helped us reach this point and continue to support us and celebrate us.
