WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?

Answer

The dress code is semi-formal. The ceremony will be outside, weather permitting; reception will be inside the lodge.

WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?

Answer

Our ceremony will start at 4:30pm at Aspen Lakes Lodge. We recommend arriving around 4pm to enjoy the pre-ceremony greetings.

IS THERE TRANSPORTATION TO AND FROM THE HOTELS TO THE CEREMONY?

Answer

No, transportation will not be provided between the lodge and Bend. The venue is roughly a 30 min drive from downtown Bend.

IS THERE PARKING FOR THE CEREMONY OR RECEPTION?

Answer

Yes, the lodge has ample parking just outside the entrance.

WHAT TIME WILL DINNER BE SERVED?

Answer

Around 6:30pm at Aspen Lakes Lodge. Appetizers will be served during the cocktail hour.

ARE KIDS WELCOME?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome. Please just let us know in advance if you plan to bring them to the reception for dinner.
