The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal/cocktail attire. Think cocktail dresses or a suit and tie or a sports coat. Please note the ceremony will take place on a grassy lawn, so choose your footwear accordingly. The attire for the welcome party is cowboy casual - think cowboy boots!

Transportation will be provided from Grouse Mountain Lodge (3:15) and the Whitefish Train Depot (3:30). If you plan to use your own transportation, please plan to arrive at the venue at 3:30pm. For more details on transportation, please visit the "Transportation & Lodging" page.
While we love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults-only event so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the kids at home so you can celebrate with us.
There is a block of rooms available to book at the Grouse Mountain Lodge (transportation will be provided to and from here for the wedding). For booking details, see "Transportation & Lodging" page. We also recommend The Lodge at Whitefish Lake (the venue), Firebrand Hotel (downtown Whitefish, transportation also provided here), and Airbnb.
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors (grassy lawn!) and our reception will be held outdoors under a tent.
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list due to limited venue capacity. Our celebration is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your RSVP list (through our website).
