On the day the bars opened in Chicago during Covid in 2020 - Allison was working out on her patio at the Sheffield apartment. In the apartment upstairs, the new University of Delaware grads had just moved in and were doing a little post grad day drinking. While Kevin was inside working, his two roommates accidently knocked over a beer and spilled through their patio onto Allison. As an apology for the spill, Kevin decided to untie a shoelace from one of his shoes, and use it to tie to a bottle of Andre and drop it down to the Indiana girls patio. The Indiana girls decided to accept their apology and invite the boys down to drink the bottle and go enjoy going to a bar for the first time in months! And after that day, the rest is history!
